It is important to note that the time it takes to process your order and ship your package is 1-2 business days. This period is essential to carefully prepare your order and ensure it is ready for shipping.
In some cases, it may happen that the product ordered is out of stock. If this should occur, you will be promptly informed and we will work diligently to obtain the product as quickly as possible or to offer you suitable alternatives.

All items are machine washable and dryer safe without the risk of damage. We recommend washing all items inside out to avoid shrinkage, and if you are concerned about shrinking, only machine wash and then air dry. For the best quality maintenance, we suggest having the item professionally dry cleaned.
Return Policy:
Once an item has been shipped out, all sales are final and no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be accepted. Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read all product descriptions before making a purchase. Sometimes, even if your payment is declined, you may see a charge on your card without receiving a confirmation email.
